4/23/23 - The BOD is working with PDS on documents to be mailed to all homeowners.  Forms will need to be completed and mailed back to PDS for planning and management processes.  The mailing should happen by early May.

04/12/2023 - The ALC submitted the painting contract to the Board of Directors and it was unanimously approve.

Red Rock has been contracted to paint all 62 Villa buildings.
Painting will begin in early September and continue until complete sometime in November
depending on weather conditions.

PDS has mailed a information letter and form to all homeowners.  
Please fill out the forms and mail it back to PDS, as soon as possible.
This information is vital to our planning and management process.
